Who on LinkedIn is worth approaching?
Challenge: plenty of contacts, but no system for deciding who to approach first and what to write.
What we tested: the tool imports contacts from Sales Navigator, scores fit and prepares message drafts. The director sends the messages personally. The tool does not log in to LinkedIn.

I have reinvented my career three times, not because I wanted to, but because technology forced me to. I started in satellite distribution of television signals, then moved to video playout systems and TV channel setup as the market moved to the internet and the cloud.
In 2024 I asked myself an uncomfortable question: which technology will reshape the next ten years? The answer was artificial intelligence and automation. That is how AI Vizija began. I help companies where I once stood myself: when manual processes become the bottleneck and growth needs systems, not more hours.

How much does it cost and when do I start paying?
You pay the setup fee at signing (€190, €390 or €690, Enterprise OS by agreement). The monthly subscription starts only after 60 days. Prices exclude VAT. Operations monitoring, GDPR requests and the impact report are included in every package.
Does the AI send quotes on its own?
No. AI prepares, you approve. Every outgoing step goes through your approval.
How much will I save?
Honestly: we don’t know until we see your numbers. That is why the first step is a free review that sets a measurable goal for the first 60 days. We do not promise percentages, we measure together with you.
How quickly is the system live?
The average launch is 48 hours from the introductory call. More demanding Odoo configurations or custom workflows can take up to a week. You see the first automation running before we count the setup as complete.
Do I have to replace my CRM or ERP, for example Odoo?
No. AIVIO works as a layer on top of your existing CRM/ERP. It connects to Odoo 18 and we do not migrate data. If you have no ERP, you get a clear platform with insight into all the solutions you choose.
How are calls with the AI receptionist and AI caller billed?
One agent includes 200 minutes per month, then €0.45 per minute. Both agents together include 400 minutes, then €0.40 per minute. We do not cut calls off when you use up your minutes. We bill the overage at the end of the month.
Do I need technical staff?
No. We configure everything to fit your existing tools. Your team keeps working in the Odoo, Gmail and calendar it already uses. The system runs in the background.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU (Germany), compliant with GDPR. A signed data processing agreement is part of every contract.
What happens when a workflow fails?
We monitor every workflow continuously. On an error the system retries, and we notify you and our team about the problem.
Can I resell AIVIO to my own clients?
Yes. Agencies and consultancies can offer AIVIO under their own brand in the Enterprise package. You keep the client relationship, we run the infrastructure.
