'We'll digitalise someday' costs you 38 hours a month, every month

'We'll digitalise when there's time' sounds prudent. In practice it is a decision the company pays for every month without ever seeing it on an invoice. Do the maths: if your team spends 10 hours a week on repetitive admin and the average hourly cost of labour is €22, that comes to around €950 a month swallowed by admin instead of growth.
